Imagine my delight when I sliced open my bag of beets to find this, this gorgeousness, hiding inside.

SBM: I'm Staci and I'm from Oregon. I am married to Alan who hails from the French Alps. Together we have a seven year old son, Anatole. For the past six years we have made our home in Denmark.
