600 g carrot - finely grat...Carrot jam with orange<br /><br />600 g carrot - finely grated<br />2 organic oranges - very finely diced<br />juice from another two organic oranges<br />600 g sugar<br />1oo ml water<br /><br />Layer carrot, sugar and orange in a pot, add juice and water and mix all the ingredients well. Cook at low heat for 20-30 minutes. <br /><br />When the jam has the right consistency, you pour it into glasses (which have been scolded and rinsed with atamon - I don´t know what this is called in English, but it´s used for preservation).
